Dr. Charlie Worley, Interim Senior Pastor

Dr. Charlie Worley is the Intentional Interim Senior Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church. He comes to Calvary with over 33 years of ministry experience as a pastor, church planter, regional and denominational leader, coach, teacher, and consultant, specializing in church planting and church health. Pastor Charlie holds two Masters Degrees in Counseling and in Pastoral Ministry, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree. He specializes in life and ministry coaching and in leadership development. Charlie is married to Marty, his wife of 36 years, and they have three adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren. Paul Baker, Associate Pastor of Youth and Outreach

Paul came to CBC in August of 2006.  He ministered in Spokane, WA for 6 years and in Olympia, WA for 3 years.  He then served as a youth pastor in Paris, France for 3 years.  He and his wife, Jennifer have two daughters: Maisey and Adelaide, and a son, Rhone.
